Music Submission Rules

• Artists may submit a maximum of two (2) songs per weekly registration period.
• Submission fees are non-refundable.
• Submission does not guarantee selection, airplay, interviews, promotion, playlist placement, or magazine features.

Artist Responsibilities

By submitting music, you certify that:

• You own or control all rights to the submitted content.
• Your submission does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
• You grant Streetz100 Radio permission to review and publicly play your submitted music if selected.

Promotional Opportunities

Streetz100 Radio may provide promotional opportunities including:

• Radio airplay
• App features
• Website features
• Magazine features
• Interviews
• Social media promotion

These opportunities are provided solely at Streetz100 Radio’s discretion.

Payments

All submission fees are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Prohibited Content

Users may not submit content that:

• Violates copyright laws
• Contains illegal material
• Promotes hate speech or violence
• Contains malicious software or harmful files

Limitation of Liability

Streetz100 Radio is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our website, mobile application, or promotional services.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
